1. Who is responsible for your information
HedgeScape is the responsible party for personal information processed in connection with its enquiries, quotations, supply and installation services. Privacy enquiries may be sent to karen@hedgescape.co.za.

- Your name, telephone number, email address and general location.
- Project photographs, measurements, design preferences and property-access information you choose to send.
- Quotation, order, payment, delivery, installation and support records.
- Technical information normally recorded by hosting and security services, such as IP address, browser type, device information and access logs.

- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and recommend suitable products.
- To arrange supply, delivery, installation, after-sales support and warranty assessments.

- To protect the website, customers and business against misuse, fraud and security threats.

4. Sharing and service providers

HedgeScape uses reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the service. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual and warranty needs, dispute handling, and applicable legal or accounting requirements.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask HedgeScape to confirm whether it holds personal information about you, request access or correction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, request deletion where legally appropriate, or opt out of direct marketing. Some records may need to be retained where law or an existing contract requires it.
7. Cookies and external services
The site does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Basic hosting, security and performance technologies may process technical information. WhatsApp, social-media links and other external websites operate under their own privacy terms.
