1. Website information

Website content is provided for general information. Product appearance may vary because of screens, lighting, manufacturing batches, installation methods and surrounding conditions. Images may show custom work and should not be treated as an exact promise of a particular result.

2. Quotations and pricing

Prices and availability may change. Website prices and calculator results are estimates unless confirmed in a written quotation. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and may depend on final measurements, access, surface condition, materials, delivery distance and installation requirements.

3. Orders, deposits and scheduling

An order becomes binding when accepted in the manner stated in the quotation or invoice, including any required deposit. Installation dates are estimates and may be affected by stock, custom fabrication, weather, access, third-party delays and circumstances outside reasonable control.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate measurements, photos and project information.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the site.
• Disclose concealed services, fragile areas, access restrictions and known structural problems.
• Confirm that walls, fences and supporting structures are stable and suitable.
• Obtain estate, landlord, municipal, body-corporate or other approvals where required.

5. Installation and variations

Unexpected site conditions or customer-requested changes may require a revised price, materials or schedule. HedgeScape will seek approval before material additional work is performed, except where immediate action is reasonably required for safety or to prevent damage.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation, return and refund rights depend on the nature of the goods or services, whether products were custom ordered or altered, the project stage, the written quotation and applicable South African consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, designs and original media may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law. Customer-supplied photographs remain subject to the customer’s rights and any agreed permission for portfolio use.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HedgeScape is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Project liability, remedies and risk allocation are governed by the accepted quotation or agreement and applicable law. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights where limitation is prohibited.

9. Governing law and contact
